"They low ball you to get you in the door, then every 6 months they increase their pricing, to the point that a year later you're paying 40% more than what you were originally paying, then 2 years later you're paying double. Even with all the saving "methods" they use, combine and save, or the plug and drive. Even with such discounts you always pay double than what you did in the beginning. I started on the low $100's and almost 2-1/2 years layers was paying almost $400. Good driving record, and no claims. My deductible with them was always high ($1000) or else my insurance would of been higher. Shame on me too for letting it happen for so long. Never again though. I switched from these guys to ALSET, $250 deductible, not a thousand, monthly rate is around $128 vs the $400 I was paying with these guys, with ALSET I get $50 for rental car vs these guys didn't have that option "to save" some money according to them. REMEMBER that insurance brokers keep like 80% profit of what you pay them, so every time they increase your price here, is for their pockets!!"

"Multiple bad experiences with this office. Pretty sad when you feel you cant trust your own insurance agents office. Got called about new lower rates going on. I explained my bad experience back in 2020 from this office to kevin and he agreed that it was bad and assured me it wouldn't happen again . Told him I just paid my bill for the current month I would consider signing up once this month was over kept trying to get me to sign up. Called me back and said if I didn't sign up that week that the offer wouldn't be available and it would double. Told me my other insurance would refund me and he said he personally sent over the notice to cancel my other policy. Didnt tell me that one of my discounts was by using there GPS device that monitors my driving Told him I didnt want that in my vechile and should have let me know of that before I signed up. He made a snark comment about beaing a hotrodder, I guess some people just dont respect privacy. And then to top it all off my other policy was never cancled I had to cancel it myself the day before the new billing statement. Paid for a whole month with the other company for no reason. I called him to let him know and he said he would call me back and figure it out and never did that was a week ago. . Very unsatisfied with horrible communication and yet again another bad experience from this office. Makes me wonder if the rate doubling if i didnt sign up that week was just a lie to get me to sign up."
